Terms of use

By using Persona you agree to these simple terms. We've kept them short and readable.

The basics

• You must be 18 or over to use Persona.
• Persona is in early testing. Things may change, break, or be reset. Don't rely on it for anything important, and please keep your own copy of anything you'd hate to lose.
• Keep your login details to yourself — you're responsible for activity on your account.

The personas are AI

Every persona is a fictional character generated by AI. Replies can be wrong, invented, or odd. Nothing a persona says is professional advice of any kind, and you should not treat it as fact or act on it as advice.

Fair use

Please don't use Persona to break the law, to harass anyone, to create content that sexualises minors, or to impersonate real people without their consent. Personas you share with the community must be your own creations, not characters owned by someone else. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without guarantees of availability or fitness for any particular purpose, to the extent the law allows. We're doing our best, but it's early days.
